Podomodo

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

Podomodo is a to-do list, focus timer and habit tracker for iPhone, Android and the web, made by Christoph Sacher (Omluna Ventures). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don’t show ads and we don’t sell or share your data for advertising.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address and sign-in data when you create an account with email and password, Google or Apple.
  • Your content: the tasks, groups, focus sessions and habits you create, so they can sync between your devices.
  • Voice input: when you tap the microphone, your recording is sent to be transcribed into text. We don’t keep the audio after transcription.
  • Feedback: messages you send from the app, with your email and app version.
  • Purchases: your subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple and Google; we never see your card details.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and app version, to fix bugs.

How we use it

  • To run the app and sync your data across iPhone, Android and the web.
  • To group and order your tasks with AI and to create AI insight reports when you ask for one.
  • To turn voice recordings into tasks.
  • To manage your subscription and free trial.
  • To answer your feedback and fix crashes.

Services that process your data

  • Supabase (hosted on AWS): accounts, database and real-time sync.
  • Anthropic: task grouping and AI insight reports. Only task text is sent.
  • OpenAI: speech-to-text for voice input. Only the recording is sent.
  • RevenueCat, Apple and Google Play: subscriptions and purchases.
  • Sentry: crash reporting.
  • Google and Apple: sign-in, if you choose them.

Storage and security

Your data is stored with Supabase using row-level security, so each account can only read its own data, and is transferred over encrypted connections. A copy is kept on your device so the app works offline.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the app under Settings › Delete account, or by emailing omlunaventures@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes the local copy. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel that in your store account.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent by deleting your account. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Podomodo is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
