How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get one month of Podomodo Pro for free. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won’t be charged. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription renews at the price shown in the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Podomodo, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Apple and Google handle all billing, so we can’t cancel or refund on your behalf.

I bought Pro but the app still shows the paywall.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Podomodo account, then tap “Restore Purchases” on the paywall. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and your Podomodo account.

Can I use Podomodo on the web?

Yes. Sign in at podomodo.com/app with the same account and your tasks sync instantly.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings in the app and choose to delete your account, or email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your account and all your data within 30 days.
