Modopodo by Christoph Sacher

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Modopodo on your iPhone or Android phone, or the web app at podomodo.com/modopodo/app.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and all of your data are deleted right away.

By email

If you can't open the app, email christoph.sacher.vienna@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Everything: your account, all notes and voice transcripts, everything the app derived from them (titles, summaries, tags, themes, reflections, ideas and search data) and your usage counters. Nothing is kept afterwards. Audio is never stored on our servers.

Want a copy first? Use Settings → Export all notes before deleting.

Delete individual notes

You can delete any note without deleting your account: open the note and tap Delete (on the web, use the note's menu). The note and everything derived from it are removed from our servers right away.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
