By using Modopodo you agree to these terms.
Your content
You own everything you write or record. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app's features to you.
Subscription
Modopodo Pro gives full access to the iPhone app and the web app at podomodo.com/modopodo/app. New subscribers get a 30-day free trial. After the trial, Modopodo Pro costs $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year (prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase after the free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Apple license terms
If you use the iPhone app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement governs your license to use the app.
AI features
Organization, reflections, answers and transcripts are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Fair use
AI features have daily and monthly usage limits, far above normal use. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability
We work to keep Modopodo reliable but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own exports of anything critical.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
