Terms of Use
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use Podomodo on iPhone, Android or the web. Podomodo is made by Christoph Sacher (Omluna Ventures). By using the app you agree to them. If you got Podomodo from the App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement also applies.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Podomodo Pro, trial and billing
Podomodo Pro starts with a 1-month free trial for new subscribers, then renews monthly or yearly, or you can buy lifetime access once. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and can vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm, or at the end of the free trial. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your content
Your tasks, habits and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Podomodo for you, including sending task text and voice recordings to the AI services described in our privacy policy.
AI features
AI grouping, transcription and insight reports are suggestions and can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no access to other people’s accounts, and nothing illegal.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Podomodo running and your data safe, but the app is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
